Application Criteria (Tenants must meet all criteria; any criteria that is not consistent with local regulations does not apply):

• Combined applicant gross income at least 2.75x the Monthly Payment.

• No evictions in the last 3 years.

• No unlawful detainers in the last 3 years.

• No misdemeanor convictions in the last 3 years, excluding traffic violations or petty misdemeanors.

• No felony convictions in the last 7 years (select felonies in the last 10 years).

• Credit score not a factor, but we do consider information on the credit report if relevant to ability to pay rent. Insufficient credit history is not disqualifying.
